What's the difference between plans?

How are transcription minutes calculated?

Transcription minutes refer to the total amount of audio or video processing time included in your plan each month. Higher-tier plans include more minutes for meetings, recordings, and web content.

Will unused transcription minutes carry over to the next month?

No. Monthly transcription minutes reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over unless otherwise stated.

What is Audio Import?

Audio & Video Import allows you to import audio or video from uploads or supported links, such as YouTube. The audio stream will be extracted and processed as transcription minutes.

What is an Agent Request?

An Agent Request refers to one AI request executed by Shadow Agent or Private Agent.

How are Agent Requests counted?

Agent Requests measure how many AI actions are executed by Shadow Agent or Private Agent. Depending on the task, one user action may consume one or more Agent Requests.

What can I use Agent Requests for?

Agent Requests can be used for the following Agent actions:
- Shadow Agent & Private Agent: Ask questions, get summaries, and analyze recordings and files
- Shadow Agent: Create, edit, update, and manage content or files in the project, as well as generate documents, presentations, and web content

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can change your subscription plan at any time. Any billing or plan changes will take effect based on your current billing cycle and platform rules.

What happens if I reach my monthly usage limit?

If you reach your plan's monthly limit, some features may become unavailable until your usage resets at the next billing cycle, unless additional usage options are provided.
